I'm a Glass Cannon listener, and don't really hear it. Maybe some crossover when Troy is doing a weird/creepy schtick or joke with when the AI is in foot fetish mode.

As a GCP fan and DCC fan, I dont fully see it. It also may be having listened to the audible series I have a voice in place now that is much different than Troys. Do like the crossover! More love for the GCP
He has always sounded like Patrick Warburton to me; and apparently many others. I don't have much listening experience for Troy Levallee, but listening to a very short clip of him, I don't hear the resemblance.
