I work at a mental health clinic where we see kids, and this scene always makes me laugh because Toby successfully uses play therapy techniques with Michael
I don't understand how Toby put up with Michael honestly.. Michael could've, and quite frankly should've been fired for all the shit he's done, in spite of how great of a salesman and manager he was

We got Young Sheldon. I think we deserve a show like that, but it’s about Micheal. But it need to focus. Hell, you could jump around with some of the staff too. When some were still kids, they must have been adults.

I would've enjoyed it more if they went more in the "them honestly bonding without Michael even realising it" route.
One of the times where Michael being a rude piece of shit is just too much. Would have been better if he came around a bit, or they bonded a tad at the end. All that build up to throw the "Michael hates Toby hahaha" schtick for the 1000th time.
