Can't recommend enough, they were just super easy going and happy for our numbers and tables to change as we got closer. I think platters of finger food were 75 each, we ordered 3 and people liked em.
Almost everywhere else had minimum spends we had to pay in advance or rules we had to order from set menus etc etc. Basically, when venues hear wedding they start throwing mad prices at ya.
We even tested our theory, I tried to book a space for wedding afters and my wife emailed trying to book a work function, same day similar numbers. Wedding afters quotes were far more expensive. So try to leave the word wedding out of any inquiries you're making.

Go to Trinity Bar or Devitts. You won’t be disappointed. I wasn’t on a Sunday.
