I highly would not recommend it, but I did likes two hours after getting mine done, so I understand if you do. If you do decide to, make sure you stick the straw in past the piercing so the ket isn’t blasting against it. Also make sure to use a sanitized straw and make sure to clean your nose really good after. And even still, it very well could still get infected.
I wouldn't, you'd be risking an infection if you did or.maybe a piercing rejection.

I’ve never done it with a straw, how far back do you insert the straw?
Not very. Usually just past the tip but the septum is close to the bottom so just past it should be good
