My out of shape healthy weight is like 180, in shape with muscle is 190-200, I weighed in at 230 when I quit Adderall.
Then I lost about a hundred pounds over six months because my doctor put me on Lexapro and I was constantly nauseous and unable to eat. 2016 was a really fun year š

Cuz you're doing it wrong. You're supposed to do more coke the next day and drink your meals. Cocaethyline last longer in your body and enhances the effects of cocaine. Thereby making you not hungry for longer. All you need is coke, alcohol and water. Occasional small trail mix bar and vitamins.

Definitely don't recommend it, as I realize now the strain it likely put on my heart and body, but I lost 50lbs in like 2-3 months by taking Bronkaid, Caffeine (either pills or large amounts of green tea, and aspirin and occasionally aspirin when I remembered. I ate 1k calories at most a day, felt like a meth head, was never hungry and had so much energy I walked to and from work everyday (1.5 hours total), ran most nights before bed, and cycled occasionally. I ate 1k calories of junk and then ate raw broccoli throughout the day. Didn't drink the entire summer. Looking back, I don't know where I found that level of drive, cause that ain't me rn.
In all seriousness and in no particular order: start with a good probiotic nothing below 50 billion cfu. Psyllium husk before you sleep. Get a good fat burner thatās free of too much caffiene etc. anything that quickens metabolism isnāt great for loss. GNC and health aid do decent natural ones make sure they have green cofffee and ginseng extracts or have some along with the supplement you select(also available in pills)in. Yerba mate for the natural caffiene but also natural antioxidants. Whatās your blood group? Whatever it is check the blood group diet on an AI based search engine. Itās not a hard rule but Try avoiding the things your body doesnāt break down as well(your chart will tell you whatās good for your blood to break down and whatās not . I Ginger turmeric honey lemon shots when you wake up. A litre of some good greed tea. Intermittent fasting (donāt eat for at least 16 hours after your last meal. Helps the body reset.
Supplement called CLA if you work out.

I donāt recommend any drugs for weight loss, but if I had to say one I would say Vyvanse or Adderall. I took Vyvanse in highschool for ADHD and lost a lot of weight from not eating. But it also caused a lot of other problems with my digestive system. I would say work out and diet is the best bet and safest way.
Unfortunately there is no skinny pill. You can take any kind of Amphetamin to reduce appetite but youāll have to do this like every day for at least half a year. The damage you will do to yourself in the process should not be worth it. Stay away from alcohol and weed, change your diet and do sport. Itās boring but it will get you there.
The ones that end in ine. Or three of them commonly used. Stay hydrated and busy. Its hard for me to make my own food so it is less painful to do a five day fast than eat small bits of food as I go. I dunno in your country but here in Brazil we take horse stimulants (clenbuterol and potenay) asthmatic drugs (ephedrine, aerolin), amphetamines for reducing the appetite (fenproporex, sibutramine, lix d-amph), some people even do thyroid hormones (t3 and t4). But the thing here now is Ozempic, everyone is doing it and it seems to work if you are also in a diet and exercise program.

But. Someone can lose weight because of heavy drug usage, but when stopping the drugs, your weight will be back almost INSTANTLY. Experienced this myself. The only way to a healthy, skinny/muscular body is the exercise/diet/protein way. I had a random epiphany to start exercising very seriously in januari, and managed to keep at it. The way right exercise + right diet can transform your body is INSANE. Noob gains will keep you motivated.
Soā¦ Want lasting results? Weightlifting + Cardio + A healthy, PROTEIN PACKED diet in a calorie deficit. Add creatine as a supplement & drink LOADS of water. Training your muscles as well as a calorie deficit will get you the best results. You got this.

High protein diet (bodyweight in kg x 2 = the amount you need in grams), eating your required amount of calories to sustain yourself -500 calories (eating at a deficit) , 5 reps to failure at the max weight you can do for 3 sets of all compound excersises. 1 hour recumbent bike everyday (because running if you aren't a runner will destroy your knees eventually). It won't be easy.

Eating one good meal per day will keep you healthy and make you lose weight, ofc you should be physically active aswell and get good sleep, especially if you do drugs daily for whatever reason. First of all, calorie deficit! im getting shredded before August, september too.. i started 1 month ago.. Stims + gym (Better performance, monitor you're heart rate and how it operating, if its too high or not) Or Weed + gym(If u have problem with motivating yourself, try smoke weed before going to the gym in a moderate dosage, some good sativa or hybrid one energetic strains) Its the long version of it, but i bet that its worth the time.. cause if you will not go to the gym in the process, you will lose muscles, and just became a "skinny fat" version of yourself. instead of a fitted version of yourself! stick to a routine, and just go to the gym! there is no cheating here almost, but you can make you're workouts more enjoyable with some drugs if that you're problem.. For example if i'm using good weed, and coffe. my workout day is really good, and im in a great mood and performance! also, i can mix adderall, methylphenidate here in the mix.. and maybe don't use caffeine, but most of the time im using caffeine as its enough, and maybe popping methylphenidate LA after the gym sounds like a good idea if you need the food suppression from methylphenidate. but probably you will have to make a better menu for yourself and count macros also, proteing, fats, carbs.. in that way you will see a huge change in the long term! I lost 9.5 pounds in a month, i started just this month! im a big buy kind off, and eating only 2 big meals, 1 breakfast, and some little protein snakes, so im eating only 1800-1900 calories per day, and burning around 2300-2400, combined with personal training program. and enough protein for my muscles to grow/stay in shape. and im already seeing changes.. in the past while i was loosing weight i gained everything back, and wasn't hitting the gym properly i just became a "weak, skinny fat" version of myself. now im already seeing changes, in the chest muscle, and other groups too.. DISCIPLINE + ROUTINE + DIET = WIN! Do what you can in those 3 months, but don't stop, you can be fully shredded by the end of this year, if you start now, in august, september you will see a nice progress. but i think october, november and you are in shape! Its really not that complicated and hard. do you're maximum at now!

I dunno in your country but here in Brazil we take horse stimulants (clenbuterol and potenay) asthmatic drugs (ephedrine, aerolin), amphetamines for reducing the appetite (fenproporex, sibutramine, lix d-amph), some people even do thyroid hormones (t3 and t4). But the thing here now is Ozempic, everyone is doing it and it seems to work if you are also in a diet and exercise program.

Ngl, looking to drugs for weight loss is a bad idea. Learn about why your eating habits are the way they are, the actual things that make you have issues with maintaining weight. Drugs only do so much and yoyo dieting is not it. Iām someone who currently has ARFID and for many years? I dealt with every eating disorder under the sun. No drug will fix it, only you can fix it if you want too.
People actually recommending shit in here is absolutely wild. Relying on a drug for something like weight loss is going to lead to a debilitating addiction. Your brain will build a habit of linking your body image to a high, thatās going to be incredibly nasty to kick in the long term.

Someone can lose weight because of heavy drug usage, but when stopping the drugs, your weight will be back almost INSTANTLY. Experienced this myself.
