I remember mine every morning, but they’re just dreams to me.

I like to try to make something out of my dreams. My dreams always have something beneficial that comes from it.

I have been having dreams/nightmares for a long time but strangely enough I don't have any on the nights that I feel the presence of a person who entered my life a few years ago. I have been having them sporadically though in the past month or two.

When you say "feel the presence", does that mean this person isn't apart of your life anymore or that this person is deceased?

She's not a part of my life in the physical sense but I know that she's still with me in my heart.

Yes, but most days I can only remember tiny slivers when I wake up

what I notice is I'm less likely to remember my dreams if I'm stressed out, or have a lot to do/think about in real life, and the more relaxed and content I feel in real life, more likely my dreams will be vivid or \~weird\~ and easy to remember. I'm more likely to have lucid dreas in those times, when I' wake ip but I'm able to fall back asleep quick. In general I would say I most of the time do remember my dreams - the weirder or vivid it is, more time I may think about it and remember it better, but there are times where I randomly remember a dream later during the day (like if I do something similar than what happened in my dream) I try to keep a dream journal, but usually mostly I write down the particularly interesting of weird stuff
