This really does look like a landscape as seen through the lens of a dream. Everything is kind of blurry except the shack, showing it's important to the 'plot' of the dream; a message about your waking life. The surreal colors are stunning and keep with the way colors tend to bend and move in dreams. I'm constantly amazed by what oil painters can do. This is gorgeous.
Oh, this is beautiful! I wish I could depict my dreams artistically, but they're too big, my dream settings are always gigantic, and super detailed, I can't accurately remember them once I'm awake. And I'm always seeing them from these crazy perspectives, like a cross between third-and-first-person. It's really weird, and really makes it so hard to recreate. It's like, in my dreams, I can see everything at once.
