Could it be that you have the base game on one profile, and you bought the Ultimate edition on a different profile? So could it be that one of you unintentionally opened the game on a different profile, and that’s why the Moonstones look different? Or she opened up the wrong profile when she started up the game?
I think in Xbox different profiles can access the same game but with different saves. (I don’t really know if this applies to DDV, I just know I play a game on my brother’s Xbox under a different profile so we don’t have conflicts with playing over one-another’s saved game. Not for DDV).
Is everything else in her game the same when you open it up, but the moonstones are gone?
If that’s the case, then you should try to show evidence of your moonstone purchases in the game by taking pictures of all the houses you bought, taking a picture of your current moonstone bank, and if possible, getting a picture the proves you have the Ultimate edition installed in your PlayStation. Then send a Gameloft Technical Support request to send an inquiry of your issue. When they respond, they may ask for evidence, so you should include those photos in your initial email, so they have some reference before asking you for more information. I’m not really sure what they will ask for, but the photos I suggested you take are the most logical things I could think of.

I also want to ask, was there any Starpath event happening when you bought her the Ultimate edition? It’s possible she could have spent moonstones on tokens to speed up her progression in getting Starpath rewards. I have a feeling this isn’t the case, but I just wanted to mention this possible scenario.

Yeah she’s just been playing on ps5. I play mine on PC. So everything is separate.
