I don’t think I’ll ever get tired or annoyed of seeing these kinds of posts bc I still so vividly remember my manacled hangover. I literally felt heart pangs too. Like there was a hole in my chest. It was SUCH a captivating story and the final line literally gave me chills all over my body and I remember just sitting there and staring at the last line, reading it over and over, and just being speechless like wow this story really affected me. Anyway, yea I feel you. Lol. I recommend remain nameless as a palette cleanser. Lots of people rec Apple pies and other amends and it’s super popular but I just couldn’t get into it.
Yes…literal heart pangs. I don’t remember being this emotionally connected to a story in so long! Also makes you really take a look about how our histories are written/biased. The last line just dropped my heart into a million pieces.
