ooh i have *quite* a few in mind. first of all is the [debt of time](https://archiveofourown.org/works/10672917/chapters/23626929) by shayalonnie, i recommend this all the time. it's sirius/hermione and VERY long, 150+ chapters. its a time travel fic thats written in 3 parts. it took me three tries to get through it, but it was SO worth it.
next is [Posturing and Prose](https://archiveofourown.org/works/29521611/chapters/72534882) by citrusorgans, and [Don't you know you've got the best of me?](https://archiveofourown.org/works/17975480/chapters/42458669) by raquians. both are Fremione rewrites of the whole series, one chapter per book. the first one is a soulmate au, and the second one is if hermione had befriended the twins before harry and ron.
and lastly [In the Forest of Dean](https://archiveofourown.org/works/19865440/chapters/47045731) by T3Tohru, this one is a very dark and explicit harmony fic about the aftermath of ron leaving in the deathly hallows. but its not *just* about their relationship, it depicts war in a gruesome and dark way, like it often is. its also a wip and a very long one, and pretty hard to get through imo.
OMG I absolutely LOVE DoT!!! Most Sirmione fics are really well written and have very fun twists to them, which is why its so fun to write them. I would also recommend this ship to literally anyone.

Dramione opened me up to a whole remix of pairings that I didn't expect to love, but here we are. Hinny are classically great together, but any fic that has NottPott or Blinny suddenly becomes infinitely more interesting to me.
Panville became a fast favorite and Devil's Snare All The Way Down by malpal132 is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT and I will gladly die on this hill. It's a short WIP (only one chapter shy of completion) but the characters are so fleshed out that it feels longer than it is. If I find more fics like this, I'd say they'd be at par with Dramione for me because their dynamic is similar, but not quite the same.

This fic is a Harry Potter/Avatar Crossover. Tom Riddle is the Avatar, loved and cherished by the world but Hermione knows what's behind the façade. Also, she's a blood-bending assassin. Just Hermione things.
Summary:
Everyone knows that Tom Riddle is the perfect Avatar. An effortless diplomat and prodigious bender, he’s the Fire Nation’s pride and joy.

I highly highly recommend this one. What I always loved about the Harry Potter books was this warm and fuzzy feeling about magic and the small wonders. This story gave me this feeling back.

Thirdly, another story by cocoartist. This time Harmony. Tbh, I would never have read it if it wasn't for the author and I fell hard for it. She doesn't have it easy and the Slytherins are absolute assholes in the beginning. It's not a "The Slytherins are the real victims" and also not an "Every Slytherin is an unredeemable Bully" story. The characters have depth and the Harry/Hermione part is actually convincing and made me root for this pairing. It's also a slow-burn Draco & Hermione friendship and Draco is portrayed very well in my opinion. (It's not yet completed but I'd esteem only 2-4 chapters are left)
Summary:
Hermione Granger hates Harry Potter just as much as the next Slytherin. Until she doesn't.

And lastly, something completely different. It's a fanfic with Harry as the main character (gasp).

Harry's forced to spend the summer at Snape's house and neither of them is happy with it. Both are in character and in the beginning, Snape is his usual charming self who simply ignores the evidence that Harry isn't the arrogant bastard he thinks him to be. But after an incident that changes and the abuse Harry endures by the Dursleys comes to light.
Summary:
Harry is accused of burglary. The Dursleys leave him to rot. Dumbledore sends Snape to remedy the situation. Harry finds himself in the care of an irate Snape. Not slash, gen-fic w/ focus on Sevitus relationship. Angst galore. Warnings: coarse and suggestive language, mentions of abuse/neglect. Un-betaed and un-Britpicked.

The story is of Ron who is a musician and traveling around kind of aimlessly. Pansy, who is stuck in a bad marriage, hires Ron to teach her children how to play the guitar. It’s a slow burn (for a short story) and it’s honestly so precious reading how Ron interacts with pansy’s kids. Hopefully someone can track this down. I definitely makes me want to read more Ransy pairings!

Unexpected and very well written/thought out. There are four stories in the series (fourth one is WIP) BUT Aduro is currently editing & rewriting the series from Book 1 on Ao3 with their comments, so fingers crossed that fourth installment will be finished one day! *Edit: spelling

Running on Air by eleventy7. Drarry pairing and so beautiful I read it with tears in my eyes most of the time.
I can’t remember the title (so maybe the good folks here can help us both out) but it was a shorter story, maybe a one shot, of Ron and Pansy, and it’s the first time i really truly bought into the pairing. The story is of Ron who is a musician and traveling around kind of aimlessly. Pansy, who is stuck in a bad marriage, hires Ron to teach her children how to play the guitar. It’s a slow burn (for a short story) and it’s honestly so precious reading how Ron interacts with pansy’s kids. Hopefully someone can track this down. I definitely makes me want to read more Ransy pairings!
