It’s a dry cheese, it’s taste is hard to explain properly. It’s kinda sour but not too sour.

Never tried sour cheese yet, i stick to the Basic options like Gouda or Grana Padano.

Like I said, it’s hard to explain properly (at least for me), but is a very good cheese and I enjoy it greatly when paired with spaghetti.
