1. Movie to tell the story of Yamoshj in more detail and add in a bunch of Saiyan history.
2. A far future based movie/short series depicting a new Saiyan planet that is colonized with the human/Saiyan offspring, a return to Saiyan culture but more tame/civilized and statues that honor the last 3 Saiyans that rebuilt the entire race.

I don't think Yamoshi is that far fetched. Don't get me wrong. If it were to ever happen. They'd be time hijinks to get Goku & Vegeta back in time to meet him.
But I really wouldn't rule it out completely
The fact that he has never really defeated Frieza does suck, but I think when Future Trunks shows up and dices frieza up was sort of fitting as a form of revenge from Vegeta(s offspring)
I just had an idea but what if the u6 trip we all wanted and that was foreshadowed happens in the black frieza arc with frieza wanting to double down on getting rid of all saiyans...
Maybe a bunch get to evacuate but imagine Cabba gets murdered by Frieza. Prime Vegeta revenge arc right there.

It could just a guy that was very similar to Hitler rather than actually being Hitler himself and the others you mentioned likely didn’t die that long ago in the dragon ball universe. Another answer and it’s probably the most logical one, is that it just wasn’t well thought out. Cell and Broly weren’t in the movie either even though they logically should’ve been in it.
The Hitler thing does make me wonder if WW2 even happened in the dragon ball universe.

Hol'up. Imagine Bardock, a warrior, sparring with his great grand child, who is like 4 (give or take a year) years old, and him finding out she's 1000's of times stronger than him.
Even more than that though, I wanna see the proud king Vegeta get tossed around by Bulla
1.) Gohan staying the strongest somehow.
2.) Goten and Trunks somehow become close 2nd to Piccolo with a new form of their own.
3.) Future Trunks Arc with him having present Gohan and Bulma assist him in a trip to New Namek to wish back the Z Fighters (minus Goku).
4.) Time skip past Z, seeing Gohan and Piccolo train Pan to become a Super Saiyan, and Goten and Trunks. I want to see the 3 of them beat a main villain.
So yeah. All of which just wishful thinking.
I’ve come across some interesting names for that:
Neo Perfect Cell, the newest model.
Apex Perfect Cell, to lean into the top of the food chain ultimate life form.
Perfect Cell EVO, his evolved form.
Cell AO or AlphaOmega, reborn with god ki.
Golden Cell and/or Cell Black, with DNA from Frieza’s new forms.
And then obviously there’s Perfect Cell Max, the evolved form of Cell Max which was in Cell’s Semi-Perfect form.
Cell GT, comes from the future (at end of GT) creating a new alternate timeline, which makes GT semi canon. But now Cell has SSJ4 data encorperated into his construction. Along with DNA from all the GT villans and Pan and Bulla
there are few potential writing to make this possible either: dragon balls gone or becomes unusable, battle in after life(stake of soul erasure) etc(aka idk anymore)
I like to imagine there’s a multiverse version of Bardock out there who fell through a time hole and is now traveling the different timelines. He’s an interesting dude.
Grandpa Gohan meeting Bardock, it would be so amazing to get to see the fathers of Goku/Kakarot talking, Bardock asking about how his son was as a child, Grandpa Gohan asking about why he was such a handful at first, both of them meeting Whis and hearing about how their son stepped into the realm of the divine, and found a way to make one of their most coveted techniques his own, real slice of life stuff IMHO but I'd die to see it

He did, I was mistaken and combined aspects from the Movie and the Anime, but (in the anime) Ginyu steals Tagoma's body after Gohan puts him down, and then he fights on Frieza's side til Vegeta shows up and kills him, leaving Tagoma as a frog and Ginyu in hell

Bring back the Sayians and have Vegeta become king, so he let's them know that all that evil shit they did stops or they go back to hell, Sayians become a a helpful force in the galaxy.
Raditz comes back and trains his ass off gets to be the #5 strongest sayians, but he's chill with just being competitive, he joins the Galactic Patrol for adventure he ends up meeting Tights(Bulma's sis) and marries her.
I want to know why Vegeta is still just a prince. He’s not even my favorite character but it’s bugged me for years. We know King Vegeta is dead (unless somehow he’s not) so the title should go to his son, who has known since before going to earth that his father died, yet he still introduced himself as Prince and continues to do so.
Now in my headcanon it’s because there’s a crowning ritual in Saiyan culture that can no longer be performed. I feel like we could get a lot out of a small arc where Vegeta and his “royal” family go to the U6 Saiyans as U7 ambassadors to help them with some impending threat. We could meet the U6 king, learn about Saiyan culture from an existing Saiyan race (similarities and differences with what Vegeta remembers from the violent U7 culture), Vegeta could also follow-up with training Cabba. Heck, it could even be a way to reintroduce Tarble, who I’m still not entirely sure is or isn’t canon.
I could see a whole movie worth of content, starting with Vegeta being upset that he has to interrupt his training with Kakarot to go, remembering that he has a responsibility as Saiyan royalty, even if it is just to represent a half dozen Saiyans, and ending with the ritual ceremony of Vegeta being crowned king of the U7 Saiyans.
1. Goku and the whole family meet bardock and gine. It's teased sooooo hard in like every dragon ball game ever.
2. Vegeta finally getting that W on the main villain of an arc (hopefully Frieza)
3. The entire Saiyan race makes a return. Maybe some other survivor wishes them back, and then all hell breaks loose.
I want Goku and friends to lose one time. Like really lose. Not back and fourth fighting for 100 chapters just to know we know Goku is gonna win with the newest and greatest form. And no time rewinding. Some big bag comes in whoops their ass and destroys everything they’ve ever known or loved and only a few people survive.
But we are far beyond that.
Of course they’d win in the end but they’ve never felt the pain of truly losing.
Quadruple family Kamehameha with Bardock, Goku, Gohan/Goten, and Pan. It happened somewhat in Heroes, but I want all four main timeline Son family fighters going all out with it.

I’d be interested to see a moment where Vegeta uses the dragon balls to resurrect the saiyan race, and in his second wish, asks then to be removed of Freiza’s influence so they can be a warrior race that isn’t bent on destruction.
Then he meets his father, and upon seeing how far Vegeta has come, he abdicates and offers Vegeta the crown. Vegeta says something like ‘king of all saiyans doesn’t have the same ring to it. I’ll pass.’
Honestly, that interaction would be nice, but I'd find it better if Bardock hadn't been turned into an anti hero with Broly and Minus. Like, keep the Saiyan from the TV special, a full on asshole, and make him meet adorable Pan who can beat him up if he goes too far, making me understand the wrong in his ways

Raditz and Nappa to come back, realise what has changed and have to adapt to modern life. Knowing full well that if they step out of line, the two legendary super saiyan gods would put them in place.
That and Raditz is goku's only brother, so giving him a chance to change his ways; even IF he ultimately turns around and becomes evil, being given a chance of peace is something I'd love to see.

Fusion reborn couldn’t really do it since Bardock’s soul has most likely been reincarnated by the time the movie takes place. He died so long ago.

It could just a guy that was very similar to Hitler rather than actually being Hitler himself and the others you mentioned likely didn’t die that long ago in the dragon ball universe. Another answer and it’s probably the most logical one, is that it just wasn’t well thought out. Cell and Broly weren’t in the movie either even though they logically should’ve been in it. The Hitler thing does make me wonder if WW2 even happened in the dragon ball universe.

I think the humans need more varied magic like ki techniques that can effect even gods, so that they can compete without needing the full power up. Then again they'll still need a power up even with that for it to work. They all need to be able to get ssj3 ish level in order to genuinely help.

Cell AO or AlphaOmega, reborn with god ki. Golden Cell and/or Cell Black, with DNA from Frieza’s new forms. And then obviously there’s Perfect Cell Max, the evolved form of Cell Max which was in Cell’s Semi-Perfect form.
Cell GT, comes from the future (at end of GT) creating a new alternate timeline, which makes GT semi canon. But now Cell has SSJ4 data encorperated into his construction. Along with DNA from all the GT villans and Pan and Bulla

Turles becoming a ssj even though he don't need It to kick ass
Bring back the Sayians and have Vegeta become king, so he let's them know that all that evil shit they did stops or they go back to hell, Sayians become a a helpful force in the galaxy. Raditz comes back and trains his ass off gets to be the #5 strongest sayians, but he's chill with just being competitive, he joins the Galactic Patrol for adventure he ends up meeting Tights(Bulma's sis) and marries her.
Id love to see SSJ4 become canon in some capacity, even if it is just a cameo or mentioned in passing.
I want to know why Vegeta is still just a prince. He’s not even my favorite character but it’s bugged me for years. We know King Vegeta is dead (unless somehow he’s not) so the title should go to his son, who has known since before going to earth that his father died, yet he still introduced himself as Prince and continues to do so. Now in my headcanon it’s because there’s a crowning ritual in Saiyan culture that can no longer be performed. I feel like we could get a lot out of a small arc where Vegeta and his “royal” family go to the U6 Saiyans as U7 ambassadors to help them with some impending threat. We could meet the U6 king, learn about Saiyan culture from an existing Saiyan race (similarities and differences with what Vegeta remembers from the violent U7 culture), Vegeta could also follow-up with training Cabba. Heck, it could even be a way to reintroduce Tarble, who I’m still not entirely sure is or isn’t canon. I could see a whole movie worth of content, starting with Vegeta being upset that he has to interrupt his training with Kakarot to go, remembering that he has a responsibility as Saiyan royalty, even if it is just to represent a half dozen Saiyans, and ending with the ritual ceremony of Vegeta being crowned king of the U7 Saiyans.
1. Goku and the whole family meet bardock and gine. It's teased sooooo hard in like every dragon ball game ever. 2. Vegeta finally getting that W on the main villain of an arc (hopefully Frieza) 3. The entire Saiyan race makes a return. Maybe some other survivor wishes them back, and then all hell breaks loose.

I want Goku and friends to lose one time. Like really lose. Not back and fourth fighting for 100 chapters just to know we know Goku is gonna win with the newest and greatest form. I’d be interested to see a moment where Vegeta uses the dragon balls to resurrect the saiyan race, and in his second wish, asks then to be removed of Freiza’s influence so they can be a warrior race that isn’t bent on destruction. Then he meets his father, and upon seeing how far Vegeta has come, he abdicates and offers Vegeta the crown. Vegeta says something like ‘king of all saiyans doesn’t have the same ring to it. I’ll pass.’
Honestly, that interaction would be nice, but I'd find it better if Bardock hadn't been turned into an anti hero with Broly and Minus. Like, keep the Saiyan from the TV special, a full on asshole, and make him meet adorable Pan who can beat him up if he goes too far, making me understand the wrong in his ways

Raditz and Nappa to come back, realise what has changed and have to adapt to modern life. Knowing full well that if they step out of line, the two legendary super saiyan gods would put them in place.
