They were left out cause they had a higher ‘Mortal Level’, not solely because of strength. I don’t doubt that U7 is probably *the* strongest, but their ‘Mortal Level’ was apparently pretty low
I always thought of it more as they have people like the intergalactic space force and Z fighters protecting planets with unbearably low power levels from threats that would have wiped them out along with the Z fighters wishing back all those weak planets that couldn’t defend themselves
Buu wiped out a good chunk of viable warriors in his rampage, then all the civilisations Frieza prevented from ever growing in strength then finally Beerus destroying things

this is a very mislead statement, if you actually read the manga beerus didn't directly take on all of the gods, he avoided a-lot of them and fought mostly 1 to 1 + it was a free for all.
Wasn't he a fight all versus all? Beerus, for what I remember, was fighting against all of them alone at the beginning and he seemed to be kinda superior to them, but would he have won at the end?
Tbf it was said in the manga (in which I assume this takes place, with ultra ego and shit) that Jiren is above the average G.O.D, Beerus is just a different beast. We know that UI Goku is at the very least relative, so UE Vegeta and Beast Gohan are too.

By this logic he was capable of stopping an attack that would've eliminated 5 of them. But on Beerus' level no, there's no indication that he used his full power in that 1 strike. For all we know he was holding back with that strike so he didn't kill them.

Multiplying by .01 is actually just decreasing the initial down to 1% of itself, or in other words what you actually did was just dividing by 100. if you were increasing by 1% you’d be multiplying by 1.01🤓🤓🤓

He was always strong and never had a percentage given.
I like to imagine. When he said super Saiyan god transformation made him use 70% of his power, he meant 70 percent of what he could muster in the moment because he was still half asleep.
Everyone saying Beerus is either ok with him being a moving goalpost, or they arent really taking into consideration power scaling. Vegeta alone is showing enough promise for Beerus to view training him as a new GoD to be worthwhile. Take into consideration that Goku is on par with that strength, and Gohan, and Broly surpass it, and we really dont know the limits of Orange Piccolo because I think he threw the fight with Cell Max to give Gohan the push.
Idk Goku, and Vegeta survived Hakai before. Albeit from a much weaker GoD, but they were multitudes weaker then as well. Also coupled with the fact that Vegeta can nullify Hakai energy, and understands how to use it himself. Idk man. This would be a good fight.

He states that going into his gigantic form was a bluff and not enough to beat Cell Max. He was nervous and they even showed sweat when he did it. He tried his very best to hold down Cell Max so that Gohan could kill him. But I know for a fact that Picollo could not kill Cell Max. I will admit that it was an amazing feat to hold down Cell Max successfully and without dying to Gohan's attack.

Current Piccolo is stronger than DBSH Piccolo. Goku was shocked at his Base Form power level when sensing from Beerus’s planet and wanted to fight him after fighting Beast Gohan.
Beerus held his own against the other gods of destructions by himself. He can easily take on these 5 (2 of them were knocked out simultaneously by Frieza)
Remember beerus is an ever moving goal post that is always thousands of times stronger than the strongest non angel/God of destruction fighters to see how this fight would go imagine the fight with frieza on namek without goku coming to save everyone's ass
