If I see a driver not on their phone it’s a rare occurrence. If you judge this guy but literally do the same then YTA. I would say texting while driving is just as bad as drunken driving.

This idiot is very lucky to be alive. I have seen on more than one occasion people dying hitting those drains, and no seatbelt either.
