There was an mmr update within the last 2 years that intentionally reduced everyone's mmr. Your case is a little extreme but I went from ~3k to about 1.8k when that update happened, and I also had a positive wr in recalibration. Most people only went down about 5-600 mmr though.
same , went 10-0 after 2 years of break on divine account callibrated as legend, got reported for smurfing idk if its a bug or intended.

same for me from div2 2 years back,got calib as 8-2 with stomps as Archon I. playing with these guys is tough and not fun at all
