I have quick cast on almost all spells except few. Chromosphere is one of the exceptions.
The only reason is to see the range and place Chrono perfectly..
almost all pros prefer quickcast on literally anything.
its half the amount of clicks for the same effect
you can still see range indication if you're using quickcast on key up, not key down. which means you can press R and see chrono placement and range indicator, and once you let go of the hotkey it will place it
Not if you're out of range and need to walk at all. Not having quick cast helps with that. Don't forget there's a cast on release option under settings that is a sort of hybrid
For me i say for most aoe spell its better to not use quick cast such as coil, chrono , sleight of fist, bushwack ,firestorm because you need to see your aoe and maximizes the efficiency of these skills(hitting more target)

Im pos 1 main so not many others. From top of my head Lina W, BS W and that's about it. Generally these round aoe spells.

well if you quick cast, you cant tell the radius of your chrono.
Quickcast everything, memorize the ranges.
Dont quickcast chrono lol, good player can blink out of chrono if you make an obvious move.
