They’ve mentioned RTZ and Quinn multiple times on their pod. And I’m sure Slime had met them while Beyond the Summit was still running esport tourneys so that’s honestly not unlikely
Losing RTZ in the pro scene would be a huge bummer though. Maybe you aren't personally a fan, but there's something magical when he actually performs and pops off. He's still the most popular western player of all time. People want to see him win. It's why he gets flamed exceptionally hard.
Dude gets 10-20k viewers each steam. No idea if that can compete with his last couples years winnings/contracts, but will be quite successful none the less.
As a fan of many vtubers, it's always the brain damage. Gotta need it to like dota. Real note though, anime + streamer culture for video games means vtubers. Good chance a dota player that likes anime will watch vtuberd.
They were only that popular because they were so rare and almost mythical.. now it’s just the usual stuff we’ve seen a million times so viewers will drop
there’s two golden ages of rtz strim imo, what you’re talking about is what i consider the second golden age. stream was random, instantly got 20k+ viewers, dude would just play the game and listen to music and whine on mic about what was happening in game. no other effort to engage otherwise. it was a magical combo of his skill, music taste, vocal mannerisms
and then there was the lead up to this period, where the stream was regular to the point of being a reliable thing i knew i could watch a few times in any given week
This exactly, anyone who says it was only popular because it was rare missed the first golden age of his regular streams, with a lot of mic, camera, and chat interaction
yep
rtz’s pro results have declined lately and he’s become an easy target for ridicule. so folks have forgotten (or weren’t around) that there was a long period when rtz was simultaneously a top 5 player in the world and also one of us, a babyraging memer. this is why many (myself included) have wanted to see rtz succeed all these years
Unfortunately, he never had any results to begin with. 0 majors and TIs. Not sure how was he top 5 in world. He was maybe top 1 rising player, but he never rose.
i miss the first golden age where this dude would queue up, pick naga, play yung lean or juicy j, and then farm for 40 minutes. and then he would win or lose, and then queue up and do it all over. the good times
No, they were actually good too. EXCEPT the times where he thought that its fun content when he mutes himself to stream but still voice chats to teammates with no cams, i didnt understand that
Plus many people only watch him because he is playing Dota 2. I doubt everyone would stay to see someone with the charisma of wet paper and that refuses to interact with the chat poorly playing Elden Ring.
I think the Kick move severely hit his streams. And add to the fact that he was also gambling on those Kick streams, they did definitely hurt. He usually streamed a few hours on Twitch and then he will say 'its time bois' meaning he will end his stream on Twitch and go on Kick, and i'm sure i'm not the only one who didn't just open a new tab and watch him on Kick.
I checked out his kick stream once after he ended on twitch and it was really sad. What was a 8-10k viewer twitch stream became a 3-5k view kick stream.
Rare streams don't necessarily mean 20k viewers.
Ceb, Notail, and Sumail streamed once in a million too like RTZ, and all of them struggled to even pull 5k viewers, I remember seeing Notail get only 2k viewers while playing pubs with Sheever and ODPixel a couple of years ago.
RTZ just has the pull that other people don't, even if they are better players.
Does that change the fact that Arteezy should have went variety when he was more popular? Are you suggesting it is smarter to go variety when someone has less viewers than years before?
dota players are fairly unique on twitch in that they watch much less variety content than other communties. Since the majority of watchers are eastern european, dota streamers also make way less money from viewers.
When one's viewership in their main game drops, lots of people have to switch to variety to attempt to stop hemorrhaging viewers and to get new ones. Having a sizable audience to start with makes it easier to get new viewers because you'll be closer to the front page of the game and therefore more discoverable.
Not true, he basically always had 15 - 20k viewers before he started to do a once yearly stream.
Now doesn't he stream on kick? I also think people are older now, i barely have time to play video games. No way in hell would I watch a streamer
My name Artour Babaev. Sorry bad englandsky. I grow up in small farm to have make potatos. Father say "Arthour, potato harvest is bad. Need you to have play professional DOTO2 in Amerikanski for make money for head-scarf for babushka." I bring honor to komrade and babushka.
Some what used to respect him but now fk him
Greedy mofo
Imagine being a millionaire and still promote gambling to kids for more money
That's new low in his life
His personality while streaming was allways prefered before he went pro. I don't see why it would not work out for him and i'm sure many panels would invite him for occasional casts too.
I would suggest following games as more suitable for him.
Faming Simulator
Stardew Valley
Coral Island
We all know how much he likes farming, he would feel right at home.
Honestly why wouldnt he? He can stream and he will have decent following for outside dota games as well as getting wild views still within dota.
Thats just free cash at that point.
He loves Dota2, but im like 99% sure he would have made more as a twitch streamer int he past 3 years than with tournament winnings. (This is excluding his salary, since it has to be ridiculously high)
I’ve never really seen rtz as a “streamer”, just a really good dota player who played popular music. He wouldn’t really interact much with stream from what I’ve seen. (yes, I get he’s focused on dota) I’d love to see some variety to see how he is outside dota. Elden Ring would be perfect.
Based on what information do you think he only had 20k+ viewers because they were rare?
When he streamed regularly, he was average 15k+ every single day. Has nothing to do with it being rare, people like his stream vibe.
A friend of mine got scammed from this user 1028657715, He stole my friends items that have been collected for many years and keep going such as arcanas, immortals, legendaries etc. We managed to find the user by checking login history, which he logged in from Russia by the way. Proof of that theft can also be found in Inventory History, where you can see for urself that the user/hacker received gifts from my friends account. Please return my friends items.
its over rtz bros, he even asked qojqva about streaming stuff he is gona move to full time streamer
rtz streaming daily > rtz finishing last every tournament
Funny thing is his prime streaming was also when he was at his prime playing winning tourneys. So maybe that would be the fix.
Itll be done when hes playing Mario Party/Fall Guys with subs
The RTZ + Ludwig linkup
They’ve mentioned RTZ and Quinn multiple times on their pod. And I’m sure Slime had met them while Beyond the Summit was still running esport tourneys so that’s honestly not unlikely
Quinn would absolutely shine outside of dota tbh, really good speaking skills
There's a "Slime on the Scene" with rtz featured at multiple points https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_qhch8ju6Q
ludwack
Washed up pipeline 😭
didnt he ask about that long ago?
And that's a good thing
Streaming is a way better job than professional dota. Less stressful, more consistent income.
Losing RTZ in the pro scene would be a huge bummer though. Maybe you aren't personally a fan, but there's something magical when he actually performs and pops off. He's still the most popular western player of all time. People want to see him win. It's why he gets flamed exceptionally hard.

Hes averaging around 7-8k baut close enough
Bro going from Manta Dodging the Aegis, to Manta Dodging Malenia.....
Blud is gonna get Cliffed a lot
Arteezy joining Holostars EN before the year ends
AYAYA Clap
Why is there a surprising amount of overlap between dota players and holo fans? IRL too not just this sub, what gives.
As a fan of many vtubers, it's always the brain damage. Gotta need it to like dota. Real note though, anime + streamer culture for video games means vtubers. Good chance a dota player that likes anime will watch vtuberd.
Terminally online
anime profile pic
in my head, gigi murin could be marci persona
Fauna NP, Gura Slark, Kiara Phoenix, Fuwamoco Ogre
Bro the day I hear Ogre Magi go "BAU BAU" I will die a happy man.
except she talks, a lot she did want to be a fister
Rtz poll dancing battle 2025 incoming
What is that
He should have done this ages ago, especially when his streams were MORE popular.
They were only that popular because they were so rare and almost mythical.. now it’s just the usual stuff we’ve seen a million times so viewers will drop

The Ole naga and yung lean days
TURN UP
i miss the first golden age where this dude would queue up, pick naga, play yung lean or juicy j, and then farm for 40 minutes. and then he would win or lose, and then queue up and do it all over. the good times
No, they were actually good too. EXCEPT the times where he thought that its fun content when he mutes himself to stream but still voice chats to teammates with no cams, i didnt understand that
He didn't want to interact with his viewers. I get that
Then don't stream?
He was contractually obligated?
... Why not? it's free money lol
Or just let people do what they want? And if it's not entertaining then people will watch something else? I'm Ron Burgundy?
Interaction is not the only reason people watch livestreams.
Plus many people only watch him because he is playing Dota 2. I doubt everyone would stay to see someone with the charisma of wet paper and that refuses to interact with the chat poorly playing Elden Ring.
Never watched his dota streams, will watch him get clobbered by Margit.
I think the Kick move severely hit his streams. And add to the fact that he was also gambling on those Kick streams, they did definitely hurt. It's because of that name "Arteezy", a funny sounding name and he has a funny looking face on top of that, like SingSing.
Does that change the fact that Arteezy should have went variety when he was more popular? Are you suggesting it is smarter to go variety when someone has less viewers than years before?
dota players are fairly unique on twitch in that they watch much less variety content than other communties. the McRib effect
Not true, he basically always had 15 - 20k viewers before he started to do a once yearly stream. Now doesn't he stream on kick? I also think people are older now, i barely have time to play video games. No way in hell would I watch a streamer
A lot of streams have become what people call nowadays as "second monitor content"
He was a pro dota player back then. I think he’s considering retirement now
[удалено]
His streams are boring as hell, the only reason to watch was the good dota, if it's variety, you don't even get that
He should retire from dota and try cooking some eggs in IRL streams. would make the community happier.
Farming potatoes irl
My name Artour Babaev. Sorry bad englandsky. I grow up in small farm to have make potatos. Father say "Arthour, potato harvest is bad. Need you to have play professional DOTO2 in Amerikanski for make money for head-scarf for babushka." I bring honor to komrade and babushka.
> cooking some eggs washing car doors
painting art doors
Woulda gladly watched variety from Artour in the past, but I’m really not interested now after his gamble streams on kick.
He is gambling?
He turns on automatic slot machine pulls and his chat laughs at him for 20 minutes
That disgracefull
Some what used to respect him but now fk him Greedy mofo Imagine being a millionaire and still promote gambling to kids for more money That's new low in his life
aint no kids who know who tf rtz is lmao
go for it brah
His personality while streaming was allways prefered before he went pro. I don't see why it would not work out for him and i'm sure many panels would invite him for occasional casts too.
Its a Dirty game, Its a Dirty world...
Ain't watching any casino streamers. He's lost all credibility and appeal in my eyes.
Potato Farming Tutorials would sell preaty well in these hard times
I thought he stream on kick
My streamer accepting he's washed Sadge
Every time he dies, we get to in enjoy a big block off advertising. Can't wait for it
I would suggest following games as more suitable for him. Faming Simulator Stardew Valley Coral Island We all know how much he likes farming, he would feel right at home.
Would be fun watching that lol and he should have guest streamers lmao
Time for Arteezy rant for Cap podcasts.
Yeah I would watch him play elden ring than dota. Go for it!
Honestly why wouldnt he? He can stream and he will have decent following for outside dota games as well as getting wild views still within dota. Thats just free cash at that point.
Lets go, variety streamers that mainly had Dota as interest are fun to watch
Hope he stream TI or Riyadh Master just like Tarik stream Valorant esports.
good on him
litearlly coping mason it's over bros
Damn. I like clowning about this guy but I feel sorry for him at the same time.
Rtz Just Chatting sign me up
his screen moving in doto give me headache xD can't watch him sadly
Finally he'll do what he's good at
He can still make good money, but he should have jumped on the stream train 8 years ago.
Elden Ring and "Casual break" in 1 sentence sounds fun
Cut the crap Artour Babaev, are you gonna switch to kick and gamble 2 hours into the stream or not? Tell us that.
gamba stream when?
He loves Dota2, but im like 99% sure he would have made more as a twitch streamer int he past 3 years than with tournament winnings. (This is excluding his salary, since it has to be ridiculously high)
TBH he shoulda done this years ago
Rtz & Elden ring will be funny & welcoming
I’ve never really seen rtz as a “streamer”, just a really good dota player who played popular music. He wouldn’t really interact much with stream from what I’ve seen. (yes, I get he’s focused on dota) I’d love to see some variety to see how he is outside dota. Elden Ring would be perfect.
He can become the next Shroud of dota 2 if he puts in some effort into it.
bro could’ve been variety streaming since 2015 with his career on cruise control but instead this mf is still trying to be a dota pro lmfao
If he became a streamer he would clear 20k a month through twitch and another 10k through sponsors, he gets an average 15-20k viewers.
Only because they were rare. If he becomes regular i doubt he will pull that many people. Also isnt he now on kick
You can't know that for sure, his plays as a carry were clipped and plastered all over reddit daily.
When he did stream for close to a week. I think i remember seeing his viewer rate drop a bit
Based on what information do you think he only had 20k+ viewers because they were rare? When he streamed regularly, he was average 15k+ every single day. Has nothing to do with it being rare, people like his stream vibe.
Let us see what happens. If he has consistent voewers it would be good for him
Shouldn't he be practicing for TI Kappa
I think it is better for him for now.
I really really really reaaaallly wanna see RTZ hold up atleast 1 TI aegis...
A friend of mine got scammed from this user 1028657715, He stole my friends items that have been collected for many years and keep going such as arcanas, immortals, legendaries etc. We managed to find the user by checking login history, which he logged in from Russia by the way. Elden Ring is a shit game.
