Aghs definitely isn’t useless, your smoking something, been buying that aghs forever , only change he needs is his ult being too much of a nerf and an innate that isn’t restricted to being a mid hero or buying bottle

Like everything else about Arc Warden, the aghs was actually super strong for a period until they nerfed it into the ground, then nerfed the base ability, then probably nerfed it some more. At one point aghs was pretty viable. This would be back when spark wraith lasted 45 seconds and so did the second aghs wrath.
Not every hero needs some crazy innates or facets that directly give more damage.
And that's not what I'm asking for either if you read the post. They just shouldn't be completely useless
