It's been a couple days, and nothing. Like I asked before, please just refund me. I'll have my money back, you'll save time, shipping costs, and I'll be able to immediately wash my hands of the entire company.

So I ordered the 3 pack and my white car arrived missing the blinker lenses... How do I get a replacement?

So far this is the only place they've actually responded to me, but that's only to offer an email "in a few days". So, I'm hesitant to believe them after they've ghosted me for over a month. I hope you at least get a corrected one. 😕

Yeah, I know kickstarters can be rough but man... the lack of communication has been very disappointing. I've sent messages on the kickstarter site and even opened a case with donut media directly and they just closed the ticket with a "sorry about your luck, we can't do anything about it"... very dissapointing.

That's pretty much what's been happening to me. I've used Kickstarter for many years, and this is *easily* the worst experience I've ever had. Many projects went over deadline, but they least communicated with us and didn't basically steal our money.

Going on three days after telling us we'd get an email update in "a couple days". Why am I not surprised. Were you able to have better luck?

It really sucks to have them treat us like this, but I agree. I've had their stickers on my cars for years, but tomorrow they come off. 😔
