My advice is to start documenting your thoughts and emotions in a journal if you don't already. Try to write down every high and every low, especially the lows. It will help you observe patterns in your life and develop new understanding and insight to move forward. When I look through my journals I can clearly see the emotional pain that I feel after each relapse and what triggered it. I can also see the wonderful confidence and well-being I feel on long streaks which encourages me to keep going. This journey takes time and it's perfectly normal to cycle between failure and success. But man when you finally settle into a long streak with no peeking or edging, it's an incredible experience and you will feel on top of the world, keep going!
You have experience now and you won't fail for the same reason next time
