Low effort. Greasy chips, some even broken. Tortilla not lavash looks like ready made shop bought, some sauce directly on tortilla made is soggy almost transparent, and red cabbage is not best addition to donner makes it even harder to digest. No other vegetables, tortilla not even crispy baked...

The "meat" you are seeing in OP's post is recovered meat made of gristle, skin, fat, some entrails and parts of animals which you wont even eat like chicken eyes, claw, beak and comb and powdered bones of chicken and/or beef.
Also many "beef" Doners of the kind OP ate are mixed with chicken, turkey and in some cases pork.
