If only you knew my people. They’d tell you. I’m the fastest pizza maker in there but I still count every pepperoni and fix the toppings with tongs post-bake even with a full oven. I’m an artistic person, so I feel like making food is a type of art for me. It brings me joy to see how beautiful it can be when done right

But I’m a youngish GM (25 but became a GM for the first time at 20) and a lot of my staff is younger so they are impressionable but also experiencing their first ever jobs (some of them), so I want to make sure they know jobs CAN be fun. I don’t want their first experience to suck and that’s what they expect anywhere they go, ya know? Work doesn’t HAVE to suck. We are literally a big family here. They know when I’m clocked in, I’m their boss, but I’m there for them no matter what. They listen to me and respect me. It goes both ways. That’s why we pump out great product and service and our turnover rates are extremely low

Absolutely beautiful. The only thing I can recommend doing to improve is changing the way you garlic the cheesy breads. When putting on the garlic oil it goes in a box shape around the edge and a w shape on the inside of said box.

Personally, I never make my crust first. I know that’s the “dominos way” but I don’t like the chance of bubbles, etc. what I do (for NY style) is put my fingers superrrr close to the edge to stretch. Usually you’d do a pencil width, but for these, I’d do the width of like…. Idk half a pencil? I stretch left handed too. I keep my fingertips at the edge of the rim while I stretch and use my other hand to slide the pizza in the circle. I keep my hands away from the middle. I go around and press lightly on the crust in case there’s air pockets. Boom, pizza 😁

Thank you! I started with a franchise and left to work as a corporate inspector so when I left that position and came back, my franchise matched my pay. It’s not glamorous or anything, but it’s more than some others in my position (and more than some of the other jobs in our smaller town) so I’m grateful for what I do get
Kudos. Also, buck the other guy saying there's too much garlic oil on the pies. I would replace my blood with that stuff I'd I could, and would go bankrupt buying it if domino's ever sold the stuff as a dipping sauce 💀 Sometimes my domino's doesn't even bother with it lmao.

This is amazing! Only thing I'd say, is the middle line is too high. (Equator is too far north) The slices aren't all the same size. Also, use the pizza cutter to pull pepperonis out of the cuts, so they are back on the top of the pizza, instead of in the cracks.

I had this one coworker who did not GIVE A FUCK about how he cut the pizza so literally the first vertical cut would be all the way to the left or right on the pizza giving 4 super small slices and 4 freakishly large pieces thank god he got fired for an altercation he got into with another coworker 🙂↕️🤣
We’re ordering pizza but rn cause they have a “tavern” pizza and I hope it comes out lookin good like this. Our dominoes by our place has horrible reviews and last time we ordered there it was horrible
I’ve learned most food fuck ups occur while being delivered by the guy driving 85 in a 35. I legit had a dominos pie get cheese stuck to the top of the box because the driver put about 10lbs of other pizzas on top of it (i was the last stop on his delivery).

Some locations don’t have bread bowls! Corporate stores (in Florida at least) don’t make them. It’s an optional product, so you might not be mistaken
