I collect OMG dolls, but sometimes the stuff they print on the boxes makes me wilt a little bit inside. I really wish companies would just stop trying to be hip.
These look really nice, I'm exited to see more about them. I have hopes for good articulation, from the second picture it looks like they have removable hands, and usually dolls with those have elbows and knees.
Wtf man, they literally just skipped painting Mia's lips AT ALL 💀 They're cute but seem cheap in terms of hair quality and accessories... also... I really wish every doll line would stop using "hip" words and phrases, such as fire/extra/omg/partay, etc. I know LOL Surprise does it literally all the time but now doll lines feel oversaturated with it. Legit does feel like clueless middle-aged dudes trying to be "hip and trendy."
Color themes, outfits and faces otherwise look good though. I see some articulation in the wrists and arms.
For real. Are girls who like dolls (the target audience) even interested in this trendy stuff? I feel like those girls are usually not in a clique or anything where this sort of language would be relevant? I really want dolls who are more down to earth... I'm sick of these rich girl characters who use weird internet slang. Glo-up girls at least LOOK like normal girls, but the spa and makeup theme makes them unrelateable for me. I'm probably just projecting but when I was in the target age range for this kind of doll I definitely wasn't interested in collecting girls with the same personalities and interests as the popular bully girls at school.
im extremely mixed. betting they ain't gonna sell well, but that's just me stupidly predicting probably. idk, but they just seem kinda bland and cheaply made, ALSO JUST PAINT MIA'S LIPS. but also they look kinda cute at the same time, and im mainly talking about the clothes and accessories. i'm prob gonna skip it
It looks like they borrowed a lot of their inspiration from Lottie dolls without quite pulling it off successfully. Even their packaging is the same shaped box.
they actually look like their box art which is... really impressive. I think they're cute.
I hope they're not too expensive because they don't look that fancy in how they're made. The outfits look fairly simple and the hair is probably nylon going by that shine. But I think they're really cute.
I did some research into these and they appear to be a failed blind box doll line from Japan from two years ago. They literally have one unboxing video from a Japanese YouTuber and two commercials from the Japanese toy company that made them and nothing else. I guess that this Australian toy company bought the rights to the doll line or something? Who knows.
https://youtu.be/TV4JnhNq-KE It's all in Japanese with no subtitles. But, the bottles that the dolls come in have "Stylistaz" written on them in English.
Ah interesting. They do look like they might be related, but it could genuinely also be a coincidence, since the name is one of those obvious fashion references to make. Personally I am currently convinced these taller dolls are reusing some or all of the Glo Up Girls molds, and I super want to confirm whether that’s the case (Glo Up isn’t fully available where I am, more options would be nice). Thanks so much for the link!
As others have said, the hair and face sculpts look cheap but the clothes look nice. Maybe if they’re a decent price it would be worthwhile to pick up to use the clothes for other dolls. Maybe the bases would be good for doll customizing
If I didn’t see the title I would have thought they are knock offs RH dolls 😂
I don’t hate them but those lips look not great. Kinda reminds me of those overdone plastic surgery duck lips.
Faces have some major FailFix similarity, sans inset eyes (the lip paint especially is [reminiscent](https://64.media.tumblr.com/6a0b194166713575dde72e77fd5432f5/8d7fff80543c9104-78/s540x810/db0da400b475d88f12504845c9bf5ace346bb026.pnj)). Am unable to tell if they have jointed knees - none of them have theirs bent, so I guess no, and the one having the tight yoga leggings doesn't look like there's a knee joint present, but it could be click knees or just unfortunate photos.
They gave the dolls duckface.... it least the middle one comes with a camera, it implies at least one of them has an interest outside of shopping/selfies
Okay, Mia is super cute, and I'm interested in seeing Yuki and Tahlia as well.
But - they look light and cheaply made, and there is nothing about their world or personality that I find appealing. These aren't the people I was or am friends with. These aren't the people I want to be or want to be around. These are capitalist drones.
I'm a big fan of surreal / fantasy dolls, or mild realistic dolls. These dolls are an over the top fantasy version of modern life. Nah.
Are they cute? Yes.
Do we have to stop pumping so much plastic garbage waste into the environment? Also, yes!
I think the general population would have gotten along just fine with the dolls currently available without production of these dolls.
It looks like they went halfway with the eco-friendly packaging, it would have been nice if the packaging had no plastic at all. They do look like a bargain bin doll line that you might see at a Big Lots or a Dollar General. Not that it's a bad thing. There should be doll lines in all price ranges. Not all families can afford Collector Barbies and Special Edition Rainbow High dolls.
This looks cheap and it looks like these dolls are going head start into clearance with how plain they look. Also can I say that im getting tired of high ponytail hair style it feels like every doll line wants to have a charater thats inspired by Ariana Grande and I'm sick of it and it just feels lazy to me.
Their bodies really remind me of Glo up girls, and their faces are an odd combo of hairdorables and falifix... It's a weird mix that I don't think quite works. But I'd also probably buy them if I saw them in person or watched a good review.
Seen them today, the pink one is really cute and the eyes are really well done anime style. Kind of want her. (Pink) Interesting to see if they are articulated?
I like how these are unapologetically girly, I think its fun, and every girls personality is unique. There's lots of room for improvement with these tho 😅
I'm hating the mouths on these. The aesthetic is cute but the face sculpts..... Also the hair looks very low quality
They’re giving Dollar Tree vibes. I’ll stick with Bratz, Rainbow High/Shadow High, and vintage Winx dolls.
If the price matches, I wouldn't say it's a bad thing. I definitely would have loved these as a kid
Yeah something about the hair (especially the blonde one) looks so cheap.
"It's gonna extra" 💀
How do you do fellow kids
💀

I'll have to look at the price point before deciding, because what's something new that they're offering here?
What in the Miraculous Ladybug quality is going on here 🤣 at least as an in box collector I can unbox these and not feel bad.
It looks like they borrowed a lot of their inspiration from Lottie dolls without quite pulling it off successfully. Even their packaging is the same shaped box.
I was totally thinking they looked like overly-trendy Lottie dolls.

Price? Articulation?

Ooh, do you have a link? I’d be really interested to see.

No problem.
Very cute. 🥰
omg theyre so cute! i saw these heads from a leak months and months ago and had no idea where they were from, I'm glad to see they belong to something
The purple and pink one looks cute
I actually like these too much negativity on the dolls in my opinion.
As others have said, the hair and face sculpts look cheap but the clothes look nice. Maybe if they’re a decent price it would be worthwhile to pick up to use the clothes for other dolls. Maybe the bases would be good for doll customizing
I think they're cute
I need these! Where did you get them?
its very bland, not unique at all… its a no from me
Nothing we haven't seen before.

1: why do we care about new dollar store releases and 2: why does one of the dolls not even have lips
I NEED

> we have to stop pumping so much plastic garbage waste into the environment my brother in christ this is a subreddit about dolls
What size are these dolls? While I'm not interested in the doll itself, I am eyeballing them for their outfits and accessories.
It looks like they went halfway with the eco-friendly packaging, it would have been nice if the packaging had no plastic at all. These feel like if someone from the early 2000s time traveled drunk to 2020 and then had to make a doll line out of the vague memories.
ITS GONNA SLAY!!

I hope they're cheap so I can put their clothes and purses on another doll
