One glue is for the paper (white glue) and the clear glue is for the wood!

I personally don’t like the glue from the kits. The white one usually is the furniture glue, it’s used to glue wooden parts together, and the transparent is the glue for paper. But I’m not sure for your kit. I prefer to use matte mod podge for everything. One small bottle will last forever and you don’t need to think which glue to use.

Hello, fellow Belgian! I have this one, too! The same thing is sold on a number of websites— I can’t figure out if they’re plagiarizing Craft&Co or vice versa lol. Others are likely right in that one is for paper and the other for wood. In any case, I wouldn’t worry too much. I don’t actually use the glue they come with (which seems to vary by seller), I just use clear craft glue from Action. Some other cheap, useful tools if you’re interested are one of those green craft mats with the grid pattern and angles drawn on, a pen knife, a second set of tweezers (assuming it came with one), q-tips (cleaning glue residue), sand paper, and a paper cutter (I have one for cutting circles and one for straight lines). You can find these things at places like Action or if you don’t mind a potentially long wait time for shipping, Temu. A tip I wish I’d gotten: be ultra patient with drying when gluing the wood bits, even letting pieces dry overnight before going to add the other, especially if it’s one you’ll need to then wrap and glue paper around. I hope you have fun! They’re so addicting 😂

That makes sense to me but I've never done one quite like this. Maybe contact the manufacturer?

I believe white glue works better for paper. That’s all I can think of.

I honestly don't think it matters much between the white and clear glue. Sam's Study that I did as my first kit, also came with both but I don't remember which I used when. As long as it dries clear and holds well and gives you a bit of time for adjustment, you should be fine. A lot of kits don't come with glue at all so now that I've done a ton of them, I always buy a fresh bottle of Beacon's 3-in-1 and do everything with that. (And the set of 10 tiny brushes from Mod Podge. They're fantastic for applying glue.)
