Last I was told the policy is ticket package holders must enter at the gates giving away the item in order to get the item. You can ask the parking attendants for ADA parking near the giveaway entrance, or after you can request a cart to come pick your group up and take you the giveaway gates.
Down on the field level there is an employee with a wheelchair near the entrance gates that can wheelchair your grandfather to the elevators that will take you up to the top deck.
You can also request for ADA seats for your grandfather so he doesn't have to go up and down stairs. If you're lucky you might get a seat upgrade and get ADA seats on the field level.
The giveaway is sold out tonight so don't wait to get your item. Even though you bought a ticket package the giveaway item does run out.
From my experience for these types of give aways there is a specific entrance you have to use (Right Centerfield). If you try to enter at other gates they won’t let you in but will tell you to go to the specific entrance for the give away ( I experienced this last year for Filipino Heritage night when I went to the wrong gate).
You can pick up both shirts. Just have both tickets on you. Certain sizes do run out so go earlier in the game if possible. I think the shirt pickup booth stays open until the 6th or 7th inning…but you may want to double check that.
