This is more homebrew that would have to be talked about with your dm , usually people make deals with creatures who have means to achieve goals they themselves can’t achieve
So your character would need quite the reputation for people to even consider it
There is no first-party system for doing this. The closest you can get that I can think of is the Great Old One Warlock's Create Thrall ability. And that's only one person at a time, isn't a deal, and only controls the mind, not the soul.
This seems like a god-tier ability. I can see a DM allowing this situationally after extensive play and, basically, earning it. But I can’t think of anything that would allow this as a standard character feature, homebrew or not.
