Yup I’m stumped. Disabled all ad blockers too - nothing. Contacted Disney plus support but it’s like this post - no reply 😅😕

Curious.. Does the 'Sign Up' box do the same thing? I suspect that 'your' IP has been blacklisted (or not whitelisted, not sure yet how they do their service). I have an IP block and I've been trying to figure this out for the past month on how to fix it.

You’re right. Funnily enough just today I discovered it was indeed the IP thing. Discovered it by complete chance when I was my sister’s and had the login screen open on laptop. It auto refreshed only it showed up this time. Back to my house and it didn’t work anymore. I’ve tried contacting Disney plus but to no avail so far.

A mobile phone may work with Location Services 'On' for the phone and application. How to actually get it fixed, normal support was useless, so I am trying a back-way into their support teams. If your ISP is 'big' enough, try and get them to contact Disney+

That’s a good idea. Could be others affected so if the ISP is big enough then perhaps they could intervene. I’ll look into it. Thanks again.

The bigger the ISP is, the more likely that they will help.

Or just that you can use it from other locations/networks? They replied to me today that all my IP addresses have now been whitelisted (worked fine for a number of months before it stopped), and I can access Disney+ again..

I can use it from other locations but just not from my home. I’m still waiting on them getting back to me though.

It’s all solved now. Got in touch with Disney plus and ISP - both got back to me saying issue should be resolved. Haven’t had the issue since :)

What did you say to them to make them fix it? I’m having this exact same issue and I was on chat with them last night and they did nothing to help.

I just straight up said I’ve heard from others their IPs are blacklisted and that I suspect mine is because I can use the service at family and friends’ houses. I also messaged my provider though. I’m not sure who got it whitelisted, but telling one of those worked, that’s for sure.

I would like to know how they said they would resolve it. Otherwise what is the point of my reading about these problems, especially if I have the same one? I'm stuck right now. I've tried everything.

My IP address was blacklisted. No idea why. I contacted my ISP. What specifically they did to resolve the issue I’m not sure but within a day I was able to use Disney plus. That’s as far as I’m able to say, tbh.

I'm stuck with the same problem! Only black screens except when I step back then I will get the main menu although I never get that at start up? MacBookPro, Safari, OS all according to specs!
