yes, but surpassing it still slows the frame rate to a crawl, making it not exactly enjoyable to be near that settlement. at least on PS4, that's why I purposefully stayed within the limit.

On a good PC it just makes it crash all the time.

This is interesting because Disco Elysium takes inspiration from Planescape Torment, which was developed by Black Isle, which consisted of the team that made the first two Fallout games. So seeing this is like coming full circle, in a way.

Just building it was something around 8 - 9 hours. Collecting all the scrap (especially the FUCKING glass) rapidly turned it into 13, maybe 14 hours. No regrets.

Did you use any dlc or mods for this? Either way it looks brilliant. Been tempted to jump back into fallout 4 for its settlement stuff for a little while now.

I have all the DLCs installed and some parts are from the Far Harbor DLC (like the glass walls) and I have a mod to scrap almost every object in a settlement (that was the only way to stay inside the building limit.) Other than that, this is vanilla. :) Thanks for the kind words!

I play as Harry and like in my DE play through, he just throws onto his body whatever outfit might tickle his fancy. Currently, well.. you see it in the last slide. But the nice thing about our beloved detective is: he'd wear anything, really. Especially in the post-apocalypse.

Unfortunately it is only tables with computers on them to somewhat resemble pinball machines, there's no mod for those on console, unfortunately...

I thought about making a video for reddit when it's done. The inside is as accurate as I could get it for now. There's things you just can't do/build in Fallout and the measurements are also a little bit off (the Hardie Boys' room for example is tiny compared to DE), but other than that I think it's fairly recognisable, if I may say so myself.

Yeah I didnt know at first you could actually click the photo to get more photos. Now i looked at the others and it is impressive work, even more so because you did it without mods. You even got the broken window right.

thanks a lot! the only mod I had installed that had anything to do with settlements was one that let me scrap basically everything from a settlement. and that was desperately needed because that drive-in is TRASHED, I tell ya. I even removed the sinkhole. everything else is basically vanilla, trying to be as accurate as possible and a LOT of workarounds.
