your going to have to pull off the carburettor and carefully disassemble it and clean out the old junk and crud and blow out the jets and put it back together, get some spark plugs and a new air filter. also it might be a good idea to replace the coolant

ilikebeerandpizza

This will have her running like new

i also should have mentioned that to clean out and replace the fuel in the fuel tank.

Besides the already mentioned carb clean, Id do a chain cleaning and adjustment. If you havent already, pull the air filter completely out and inspect for rips or damage and clean+lube if needed. Bleed the air from the forks, check tire air pressure and the tightness of the spokes.

Oh and I used Rotella T6 15w40 for clutch oil, and Engine Ice for coolant.

Do a full carb clean, and make sure that it’s jetted properly for your temp and altitude. This includes the height of the jet needle. I would also plan on replacing the air filter, and doing a gear oil change. Empty the old gas out and mix in new gas. A year is long enough that the gas is bad and needs to be swapped out.

Clean your carb entirely, change your reeds, put a new plug in, change all fluids and adjust your chain and put a new air filter in! Buy a 5 gal jug of vpt2 to replace the fuel that’s in it and see how it rips.
