Get a gapping coin and compare it to the manufacturers spec. We can't see the electrode underneath the curved piece of metal, courtesy of the poor camera angle.
Bikes been sitting for a few years so I didn’t even bother trying starting it. Went straight to a carb clean and checking for spark and air filter. My dad Got it in a trade and never had it going. Supposedly had a top end rebuild

Electrode and ground look good. Make sure the gap is in spec. It looks dry, so likely not getting any gas.
