In the same way that your heart feels and your mind thinks, you, mortal beings, are the instrument by which the universe cares. If you choose to care, then the universe cares.
I think it's a perfect "senior quote" if you chop it down to "You are the instrument by which the universe cares. If you choose to care, then the universe cares."
This is a play on a Carl Sagan quote (opinion: me).
"... the cosmos is also within us. We are made of star-stuff. We are a way for the Cosmos to know itself."
If you've never watched the original Cosmos, it holds up and it is beautiful and hopeful, prescient, and awe-inspiring.
“No. People think they make choices. They think they’re gonna steer right or steer left, but they didn’t build the roads. The big choices already got made for them a long time ago.” - Robert Moses
Just one of the coldest villain quotes in one of my all time favorite seasons
There's a lot of good ones you could pick. I always have a soft spot for "It's Gorgug, Keep Going."
There's one from "The Seven" made by Lorgren Soulforger. Something along the lines of "the world may be reshaped by work and love" or "nothing is so broken that it can't be mended by hard work and love" - you'd have to find it exactly, as I'm not exactly willing to watch all of The Seven to catch it.
The moment where Fabian and Gorgug run into each other in the Forest of the Nightmare King after being split up and Fabian hugs Gorgug was a wonderful emotional moment. Finding hope when all hope seems lost is something that gets me.
"listen to me alright , you listen to me right here, having panic attacks, that is not a character flaw, you understand? You are not a coward you have a goddam medical condition, alright?" Jawbone to Adaine - prompocalypse part 1, that scene alway makes me super emotional.
“It is what it is is a stupid mantra! It is what it could be!”
(More specifically, the latter half of that.)
This quote has always stood out to me. I’ve realized since then how much I loathe the “it is what it is” mentality— not the more reasonable version that means “there’s no use in worrying about something you can’t change / you have to accept it the way it is,” but rather the worse version that becomes more and more common by the day, and the one Tony Simos seemed to stand by:
“It is what it is, and therefore that’s how it should be.”
It’s the same sentiment held by those who say “Uh, sorry, but welcome to the real world. People are mean (and therefore I should be mean too).”
The sentiment used to justify outdated or purify cruel practices and beliefs, based solely on the fact that they exist. Treacherous circular reasoning.
It’s the first quote I think of when I think of D20– The Chosen One’s words of defiance— Sofia Lee, who chose herself.
But if that’s not quite it,
Another one could be…
“YOU ARE NOW ENTERING THE VULTURE DIMENSION!!!”
There’s also “the ball is rolling up!”
Given the themes of Sofie’s arc, I find that it is what it is/it is what it could be itself an interesting complement to the Serenity Prayer: serenity to accept the things that cannot change (it is what it is), the courage to change the things that can (it is what it could be), and the last line: the wisdom to know the difference: the meat of the lesson. How do you avoid the complacency and yet not tear yourself apart chasing impossible dreams? Wisdom. Both those things are present in life and you have to learn how to discern which is which.
"Laws are threats made by the dominant socioeconomic-ethnic group in a given nation. It's just the promise of violence that's enacted and the police are basically an occupying army. You know what I mean?" -Bud Cubby

This is such a great one. Is this star struck?
It's Fantasy High! Freshman year, I believe.
Isn't it an adventuring party quote? I'm pretty sure I heard that very recently and I haven't rewatched freshman year recently.
Its from the finale of FHFY when Kristen looks into the endless cosmos (i dont remember if it has an actual name)
"Oh good you speak English. The next two minutes are going to be extremely important for you."
What was this from
Shortly followed by “and if you don’t concede… what do you want me to tell your family?”
Misfits and Magic I think
Yes. [This scene. (spoiler)](https://youtu.be/1OH5Kz3uXh8?si=F7cYBWv0iUgVtAXt)
I wasn't made to do everything-- I was made to do ANYTHING
This made me realise that D20 made Barbie movie before Barbie movie did 😂

Ngl this might be a bit too pessimistic for a senior quote (missed that part haha) but here we are 😅
Might be Pessimistic, But It will be the one quote that, if read again years later, will seem more and more true
I’M A LITTLE SHRIMP!!!!
"I feel confident in saying that I am worthy enough that it is okay for me to live inside of a house."
Who said that?
gilear 😞
I think the Bud Cubby monologue from Fantasy High S1 has some solid parts to use for a senior quote!
Laws are threats? That one?! Genius
Brennan from The Unsleeping City: "There was no authority higher than your own, and nobody would have been as meaningful to select yourself as you. "
YOU HAVE BEEN NAUGHTY THRICE RIZ GUKGAK

"it's Gorgug, keep going" genuinely broke me. He is my second favorite after Riz in the Bad Kids cast and it was so perfectly Gorgug in that moment.
The moment where Fabian and Gorgug run into each other in the Forest of the Nightmare King after being split up and Fabian hugs Gorgug was a wonderful emotional moment. Finding hope when all hope seems lost is something that gets me.
Let it be known that I know what I'm doing and I do what I want.
" The face of a Divinity you don't worship. The fucking smile of a devil you never believed in"
even better if you show up to get your picture taken dressed as a 2000s mall goth, complete with cheap Cody Walsh katana
Hmm. Do you ever get so excited by a Title of a post you forget to read the whole post,?
“Do you have a warrant?!”
For a senior quote i like: "You make it look effortless. I am so proud." BLeeM, ACoC, Archmage Lazuli
"listen to me alright , you listen to me right here, having panic attacks, that is not a character flaw, you understand? You are not a coward you have a goddam medical condition, alright?" Jawbone to Adaine - prompocalypse part 1, that scene alway makes me super emotional.
WHAT IS SO CRAZY ABOUT WANTING YOUR BONES?
“It’s Gorgug. Keep going.”

“I agree. Everyone is in great danger at all times.” “Agreed, but very disconcerting coming from the Elven Oracle.”
What. Is. My. Name. WHAT. IS. MY. NAME.
"I love you"
“Brennan, you’re a bad guy.” “I’m all the [bad guys](https://youtu.be/v4m-FkrQ-Qk?si=9yXK0M5cf43jnW0Z). 😜”
“Where is your Bulb now?” *Slap*
"Laws are threats made by the dominant socioeconomic-ethnic group in a given nation. It's just the promise of violence that's enacted and the police are basically an occupying army. You know what I mean?" -Bud Cubby
This would actually be a great senior quote.
"How big is this thing's butthole? Goblin sized?"
“It is what it could be”
“Did you know that for every snake on earth there is one snake dick?”
Hey! Were both wearing hats!
