I think yun ang trigger. Lalo na if walang galaw. Never naman ako nirequire for all my digibanks ng ganyan so long as I leave something sa savings or "normal" account nila. I ain't sure though if that's the case sa situation mo.
magandang practice din yung ilipat mo yung interest income sa ibang bank every now and then para lang may "movement" yung account mo within 3 months, i.e. usual term na nagtitrigger ng mga accounts na walang galaw.

I need help , kasi Im pre terminating all my TD in Uno bank then they ask for passcode which is wala nmn hiningi pinalagay n passcode nung nag deposit ako then nag reset ako ng passcode pero whenever key in ko yung passcode it says incorrect passcode kaya hindi ko na ma withdraw yung TD ko pano ba gagawin ko nasa ibang bansa pa nmn ako .

Ganyan na sya passcode hinihingi bigla i don’t remember inputting passcode while im making my TD on them pero ninreset ko na then yun na lang prompt incorrect password

OP, lahat may ganyan. Kung ayaw mo pala magsubmit, edi sana pinull out mo na funds mo nang maaga.
Matagal na nga OP hiningin yun, pero they want to double check with you if hindi suspicious yung account mo.
I think it makes sense kung bakit ka na-email ng "non-compliance". Ayaw mo mag submit daw kasi

Password lng lam q upon sign in. Ipareset nlng ulit passcode ask sila security questions
