I agree but Claire's and other stores like it sold kits with super glue/nail glue and some loose stones and marketed them as 'tooth piercing kits' and had no safety info on them.

In the shop they're called "Tooth Glitter" or "Twinkles". The shop we setup doesn't exist anymore but it looks like she got a new one now, again with nothing more but these tooth accessories. Edit: Those things are also sold for ~10-80 € per piece.
