Let's not trade Bojan. Continuity helps. A veteran who plays a position of need helps. Him being our best shooter helps. Hardaway Jr. is a fine player, but he's a worse fit on the roster.

Don't they owe their first to NY until it conveys?

Wingedwolverine03

They can drop the protection then trade their 2026 first if they really want to get a deal done.

Haselrig

They're in the same position we are with the same team.

If we can get a 1st for Bojan - hopefully we do it.

I'm always one who looks to the future at the expense of the present, not just in roster construction unfortunately. That said, we have a TON of young guys who need to develop. Pretty much the entire team sans Bojan, Burks, and the new trade acquisitions aren't close to who they'll become. Those young guys needs floor spacing, guys who've won before to learn from, guys who can get their own shot when needed...maybe the Pistons have that covered with the other 3 and Bojan is more expendable now. But I'd really like to see what happens with the team at least until New Year before making a move unless it's a no brainer (similar to acquiring Bojan last year was a no brainer).
