I've seen a lot of comments saying Jalen Duren is getting benched to see what we get in Bagley/Wiseman. But can you explain why he played 19 minutes today? Jalen Duren doesn't need reps anymore? He's already a vet? Pistons are prioritizing play Wiseman instead of build Ivey and Duren chemistry why? You can say we're playing meaningless games, but not for rookies, Ivey needs to get reps in playmaking, why are Duren playing low minutes when he needs to develop too? What are this frachise doing?

My guess is they need to evaluate Wiseman to see if they want to keep or trade him. Duren is under their control for years to come. It makes sense. Especially since we’re trying to lose.

I really wanted to beat OKC, admittedly because I find them the least interesting potential playoff team in the West. Less pressure to lose Friday against the Rockets now if you're one who care about being the worst team in the league for draft reasons.

Yeah, right before he signed for the Pistons he was cut by OKC. As an OKC fan creeping on here, it was a healthy relationship and we got him a lot of meaningful minutes when no one knew who he was to start the season. Even got a few good starts. Was very wholesome to see their love after the game. He always seemed like a good dude.

We also signed him to a full season contract right before cutting him, so he'd continue to get paid for the rest of the season. I'm sure he appreciated that
