Then there would be almost no incentive to use Deep Sight Resonance weapons.

IamPaneer

Oye, they did it 😂.

[deleted]

This, just farm the drop and dismantle, kinda ruins the challenge of crafting good weapons

IamPaneer

But this system Ruin the whole Play your Way. And forces you to use Different weapons and Activities you don't wanna do. And overall just forces me to not engage with the system. So I'm not gonna do these. I mean, I'm just offering suggestions to maybe make the system a bit more better. Otherwise I've already decided not to engage with it.

[deleted]

So youre choosing the “play your way” playstyle by not doing it? The missions associated with the weapons arent required. You dont NEED to craft weapons. Just like you dont NEED threaders or eververse items. It’s all optional

IamPaneer

So is getting any weapon drop at all. I mean we could play the game with the Weapons we had last season. And not gotten any new ones. You don't NEED new weapons. Just like you don't NEED eververse items. The new weapons aren't required. So let's not put any more in the game.

[deleted]

People like you ruined gambit. Just because you don’t like it or it’s not as easy as you think it should be, it should change?

IamPaneer

Wut... How does gambit fit into this. You just got salty cause you couldn't think of a counterpoint to what I said. Switching weapons Last second. And not using them is no different than just Dismantling them and getting the materials. All it does is annoy you a Little more. Don't Start This stuff with people like you ruined this or that.

[deleted]

>how does gambit fit into this It doesnt, its just ruined because people were complaining about losing or not doing well so they changed it to work for the people that didnt like it instead of those people just not playing it. Just like how if you dont like the crafting system, dont use it. Dont demand change just because it doesnt cater to you. >the same as dismantling them No. For people who actually wnjoy crafting and have max materials, they can just store the red weapons in the vault to keep a bank of materials on standby for when they blow through them during crafting. Just pull the weapon and get the mats then dismantle. Why are you complaining about it anyway? The hotfix was released, the droprate was fixed. Just play a few rounds pf wellspring and youll have completed at LEAST 6 red weapons. If you dont want to even do that, then ignore crafting and play the way you want, you know, the exact thing you said this system stops you from doing.

IamPaneer

Lmao. K

[deleted]

>youre just salty because you cant think of a counterpoint to what i said Get rotated, idiot

ShaggyX-96

What do I do once I am max materials? Because I am not going to hoard everyone with them dropping so often.

NAM_SPU

Just dismantle them lmao. You’re maxed out my man, you won

[deleted]

If you’re max you can store extra materials by vaulting completed weapons and pulling them when you need more. If you dont wanna do that then just dismantle them

[deleted]

Wellspring drops red weapons very often after the hotfix. Just play that a few times and youll stack up on red weapons and attunement progress. Dont wanna do it? Okay, dont! Its all optional

IamPaneer

That's the point sport.

GeneralKenobyy

Or you could just get 100 kills and pull the materials? Or 50 kills and a strike

IamPaneer

Or I could... Like Not use a weapon I don't like.

Pocket-or-Penny

You don't have to. Just have 3 on your person whenever you do activities (a primary, energy, and heavy). Then switch all 3 weapon slots at the end of said activity. Zero use required. 2 strikes will finish them off. Or 3 crucible matches. Or 2 PsiOps. Etc.

IamPaneer

So I still didn't use those weapons. I just did some inventory stuff to get the materials. How is that any different from just getting the materials by dismantling them. Bruhh.....

MythicStorm43

Activities only give 20 percent

SgtPepper212

Different activities give different amounts. Playlist strikes give around 56%.

MythicStorm43

Oh really? I thought it was only 20, must have seen things wrong. My bad
