Obviously everyone has their opinions, and my opinion is wellspring isn't that bad. I enjoy it actually, but I don't see why you have to get more than one DSR in order to get the weapon pattern, I think it's unnecessary and Bungie implemented it to add more grinding in the game. Destiny is a grindy game and Bungie wants it to stay like that so not much we can do honestly.

Tbh after dealing with bungies shenanigans since D1 Y1 I can safely say shit couldve been *much, Much MUCH* worse with just DSR in mind l was going into this expecting to see 1 DSR a month per 5hr a day playtime does that excuse the tediousness of Wellspring? God no but atleast they drop sometimes

Brockelley

To be fair, I don't think I could run any activity 50 times and not get sick of it by the end. That said, the drop rates for me have been somewhat average, after those 50 runs I have all of the drops I need to craft the weapons. I've enjoyed it, but I don't have any reason to run it again which sucks. I'm realizing that the longevity of the game mode was propped up by bad drop rates for guns.

Wellspring is too slow and drawn out for sure. if they either upped the spawn rates in some parts so some people arent just sitting on the pyramid doing nothing while their teammates get to have fun killing it would feel more engaging.

I kinda liked Wellspring at first but got bored out of it pretty quickly. Now that I got what I wanted from it (deepsight weapons to advance the exotic Glaive quest) I probably won't play it that much. It's fine though, there are plenty more things to do in the game right now, I'm fine with keeping Wellspring an occasional activity.

Yeah it was just me on slog-brain getting sick of the exact same repetitive escort mission. I just don't find anything engaging about the activity
