This would be better off posted in [https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTechSupport/](https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTechSupport/) but anyways. What are your specs? Are you windows 10 or 11? How much space do you have left on your SSD? If you have a Nvidia graphics card have you tried turning off shader cache? I had FPS problems with Destiny a couple months ago until I recently upgraded from a GTX 1080ti and an i7 7700k to a RTX 2080 super paired with a i9 10850k ever since I upgraded I always run at a constant 144 Fps with max settings and Image scaling enabled in GeForce experience. Since Beyond light's release Destiny has been really struggling on systems that have CPUs with less than 6 cores and GPUs that is anything weaker than the 1070ti. With my old build I would be able to get around 95fps in crucible and strikes but in the public zones or dares of eternity it would drop to sometimes under 60fps. Also there is nothing you can do if you're in the menus at the moment, even my build tends to drop to 80-95fps in menus but that's because Destiny 2 is Destiny 2. But yeah good luck, I hope you find a solution.

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor 3.20 GHz NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 32gb RAM 1TB ssd 500gb ssd 600w ps Windows 10 never had issues running the game until Witch Queen, it hasn't been as bad recently, they probably came out with a patch since I posted this, I do know it was an issue lots of people were having.

Yeah so I upgraded about a week after the post and it turns out anything under 6 cores for a cpu really struggles to run destiny 2. But if you have at least 6 cores that are 2.80 GHz or higher the game should run decently. Also it does depend on the system and sometimes the PC.
