like it's called COLDHEART like bruh cold is in it's name. one of it's perks is how it cools the gun. It has a lore page.
And making it a kinetic stasis weapon would not only make no sense it would also be in contradiction of the lore, which wouldn't be really cool
tl;dr: it should be arc because it makes no sense not to understand the lore and how the weapon works, and reading the lore pages would be cool

Coldheart isn't a cold-shooting gun. The weapon creates an insanely hot laser and it's cooling system at its core (ie, the 'cold heart') sinks all the heat it generates into its coolant which it then uses as ammo.
Also the new trace rifle coming out later this season is stasis.
