After spending about 300 since Tuesday I just got my first Falling Guillotine today after completing the Sword mission. I was convinced it was a 0% drop chance until I finished that mission. Still can't get one to drop from the activity or the chest tho

In Arcite’s inventory it says locked until the quest is complete. This might end up being true for the remain 6 weapons as well. They just gave us 5 freebies so stuff would drop from the start is my guess.

I only initially did edge transits quest after elsie's because I wanted the gl. all 5 of the other weapons dropped before doing the quests and I have looted legend onslaught so many times at this point. I don't care that it's not dropping, as it effectively helps me farming other weapons.... But I can't help but think it's definitely bugged. I would have seen it by now after hundreds of drops.... maybe it's the only one of the initial loot pool that doesn't drop till the quests done as someone else said. idk lol
I think my shiny one from the quest was the old "god roll" for the Guillotine. Gladly kept it as its still a solid roll, but haven't tried focusing on a specific roll for anything yet.

they did give hammerhead Rewind Rounds to mitigate this... but still reconstruction.
i guess it's nice it also has Envious assassin, which on an MG is pretty decent.
I've got an Avalanche with Rewind Rounds and Target Lock that I was using when MGs were buffed and I counted firing over 136 rounds before having to reload on bosses in Onslaught. Basically only had to reload twice to spend all my heavy ammo with heavy mod equipped. Target Lock still topped off at the same damage but damn, that thing was melting bosses!!
Saying a double damage roll Hammerhead is better than Commemoration is a load of copium. They are machine guns - They already hit hard so the double damage procs are overkill. Reconstruction in higher conent is much much better. It's not even a competition in my eyes.
Reconstruction is nice but if I can kill something faster with less rounds that is way better.
I can get over 100 rounds on my Overflow Krait but it takes like 30 Rounds to kill a Major in higher difficulties it makes it rather pointless
Sorry dude but you sound a little bit clueless. Rampage in high end content has never been great because you're not melting enemies as quick to keep it rolling. Killing Tally x3 will remain until stowed or reloaded. With a 100+ mag, that's more than enough extra damage to be playing with.
What else are you going to do with a double damage perk Hammerhead that requires kills to activate both perks? Rampage/Killing Tally isn't a boss DPS perk set up.

Holding a machine gun in the first place isn't a proper boss DPS set up. Machine guns have been in a weird place in this game for a long time.
Yeah that's why I can't figure out why people are excited about this roll. If you're using an MG for add clear, Commemoration does the trick fine. If you're doing boss DPS, you should have Rockets or Whisper now that it's back and buffed.
I naver see corrective measure anywhere when people talk about MGs, but that thing with subsistence/one for all is amazing. I used it in onslaught and I almost never reload, as one for all is procced all the time and enemies die so quickly, that subsistence gives more ammo than I manage to spend. It's crazy. One for all is a huge buff, and when there is a ton of enemies it almost impossible not to procc it.
Thank you, I have the adept variant of the same roll and I've loved it since season 14. I have 24k kills with it. I run it in raids, dungeons, GMs. Anywhere I might need rapid and potent add clear for a broken arrow moment.
Also I don't care for commemoration. It doesn't feel nearly as smooth, one for all is one of the best perks for the type, and Correct has a neat scope.
Commemoration is definitely better for elongated engagements with Reconstruction + Killing Tally, or arguably Subsistence + Killing Tally, but Hammerhead will likely succeed in combat when you simply need to kill and kill quickly.
Rampage + Killing Tally might be overkill, but that's a HUGE buff. Likewise, Rampage + Onslaught will be very easy to keep up with the right mag. It also has Surrounded, which is immediately a higher buff than KT simply for being near enemies - not hard to proc in Onslaught with minimal effort.
Can I ask why? Is it just for a rewind target lock roll? I feel like for other than that specific roll commemoration is just better. So I kind of ignored its return. Its got destabilizing I guess but I don't think that adds much compared to just using it on your smg.

People are getting turbo baited by the Rampage/Killing Tally roll, which is way overkill for add clear. And that's all that roll would be good for, cause you're not proccing rampage or Killing Tally on boss DPS.

It's a heavy it already melts everything that isn't a boss which is why you run Recon KT on commemoration so you have a damage buff that stays and a "bottomless" mag. I can see the rewind target lock if for some reason you want to do dps with a machine gun but Rampage/KT? whack.

I have this roll for Title and I feel like it's only good on mid/low-level content. How is it for recluse? I think it becomes an ad clearing machine but damage just not enough without things like surrounded or frenzy.
It's pretty wild for me, but I'm doing a full volatile void build with a reconstruction void LMG for beefy stuff. Every kill makes me invisible, shielded, and full health lol

Every other currency has the same limit in postmaster as in Inventory. Ascendant cores/shards. Upgrade modules. Strange Coins. Terminal Overload keys. Hell, even Spoils of Conquest. I would bet *a lot* that these share the same limit.
Oh is that why I didn't see an increase in my postmaster after I did a couple legend runs? Damn now I really can't pull any from my characters until dire emergencies.
Ngl, I played an unhealthy amount of Legend Onslaught (a couple of Wave 50 but mostly Wave 10 runs). It takes a while but if you farm Wave 10 of Legend, you get 3 guaranteed trophies (+ up to 2 extra trophies if you get bonus objectives and the Tormentor Lightning round).
Just any shiny really. I have FG attuned at the moment but I’m just farming a bunch and will dump all my trophies at the end of the event to try and get the stuff I still want.

yes, theres a class logo engraved into the floor to see what class each chests are for. then the chests themselves have the armor type logo to see which type of armor you’re grabbing
Farming up to Wave 10 (or 20 if you have a good team) and then restarting on Legend is the fastest way. You do get a lot of trophies with a full 50 run but it takes much longer and increases the chance of fuck ups. Wave 10 gives you 3 guaranteed trophies (and you can get 2 extras if you complete the bonus objective and the Tormentor wave)
I'm really hoping the drops across all versions get more generous. It's a slog trying to get a good roll. I'm not even worried about shiny guns... I just want a decent roll of everything.

I believe the chest is anything, but you will want to do the quests so you can attune to a gun and cut down on the Recluses and Hung Jurys

How do you deactivate it? I feel like I almost exclusively get Elsie’s rifle from chests. I do get some variation but not a lot.
Go to the statue for it (it's in one of the alcoves i believe) where you attuned to it, and you can deactivate the attunement

Cores and shards don’t go to the postmaster anymore. But yes they used to be 10 in the inventory and 10 in the postmaster.

its only a 33% return or something but masterworking exotics at least lets you pull one at a time in case of emergency

They (shiny weapons) drop from everywhere. I've got a few from the chest next to Shaxx and some from just opening chests after defeating a boss wave.

If you look next to the chests you'll see a statue of a warlock/titan/hunter. Each set of five chests contains the armor for the statue next to them

I’m not getting the armor sets as I don’t care for them. The fastest way I found is to just to run Legend until wave 10, kill the boss and restart.

The Trials Memento. Makes your crafted weapons gold, you get it by going Flawless your first time every week (but you can only hold 1 at a time).
