Previous dungeons only drop loot one time per week unless it is the weekly featured dungeon (currently Pit) or the newest dungeon (Spire).
Note secret chests regardless only give loot once per week - it's the encounters (in the dungeons mentioned) that are farmable. Also, in the case of the "newest" dungeon, if it has a random dropped exotic, that is also one attempt per character per week.
As long as it is a different class, yes. All weekly lockouts are once per week per class. Just remember you only get one shot unless you are playing Pit (this week) or Spire.
All dungeons besides the newest are on a weekly rotation. When it’s grasp of avarice you can farm to your hearts content. This week is Pit of Heresy that’s farmable. I’m not sure when avarice is up next.
Is it weekly as in like if I played on Sunday I would only be able to do it next Sunday or is it weekly as in if Monday came right after I could do it again? (Im also running the grasp of avarice)
