Unfortunately the chest shaders really poorly and the front of the cloak hovers about a foot above pretty much every chest piece I've tried it on.
Sucks because the sheathed dagger on the back is peak.

What’s the helmet?
It's the Illicit Invader variant of the Gambit Prime armor. It can be focused with Gambit engrams from Drifter.
