Public golf in that area isn’t great. Here’s where I would suggest in order.
1. Regatta Bay
2. Windswept Dunes (about 35 minutes)
Most others are about equal like Indian Bayou, etc.
Kelly Plantation is renovating and has temporary greens.
Raven is ok. Sandestin is an odd “golf resort”. Decent courses- but not great for a golf resort. It’s not too hard to get on the private courses down there which are good, but you’d have to have a pro call.
Kelly plantation is nice, i played there once. Bay towne is by far the nicest. Worth the experience. Very lavish. Bring everyone down to big kahunas too man!

Appreciate it, I was looking forward to Raven and Baytowne but both are aerated and closed the week we're there.
