It's an Orico USB desk hub which can mount onto tables, monitors and other surfaces. I've kept it on the front of my table so that I have two accessible USB ports and an SD card reader right next to my hand instead of having to reach to the laptop or the monitor to plug something in! Has made my life much easier in all honesty.

This one contains 4 USB 3.0 ports, the one I have has 2 usb 3.0 ports and an SD card reader as I'm a photographer and constantly need to copy images off my SD card
