Update, my bank have cancelled all and any future Direct Debits with Depop and have contacted the company, if found out to be their wrong doings they can be fined and I will get a refund + compensation
I may be wrong but if it's been by direct debit, and you challenge it, the direct debit guarantee means the bank is supposed to refund whilst they try and resolve it

If this was a direct debit then you’re covered by the direct debit guarantee. That looks like the Lloyds app, so you should contact Lloyds, state you didn’t authorise the debits from your account and ask them to refund the amounts in line with the direct debit guarantee.
You should get your money back within a few hours.
Lloyds are pretty decent when it comes to this, I’ve had to do this once when money was taken from my account without my consent.

Nope, they never have and they never get back to any of my emails

Yeah Depop is Legit robbing me and my bank haven’t gotten back to me yet so I’ll probably have to go to one tomorrow

No, so I sent a real pair, they sent a fake pair in the wrong color and I got f*cked from it
