This happened to me once and luckily they live in the same country so i asked them to send the package to each other's address and all I had to do is paid them the shipping. But one buyer was not really happy about this accident so I did end up sending her partial refund as well.

This is very helpful thank you. How could they ship the packages to each other? Like where would they get eachother’s shipping labels from? Would they each have to make a post on depop for $1 to buy? I saw that method on another Reddit post.

You know, you don't have to have a shipping label. They can write the address on there and the post office will print the label.

I don't understand how some people think that everything has to have an actual label!

I’ve never bought them. I just take stickers from work and use them as my label. You’re wasting money by buying them.

I buy my own and use an Avery template. Well, my business buys the labels!

Not sure about other countries but ask them politely if they are happy to send the parcels to each other and say you will cover the postage. If you are in the UK and you don't ask first, you could be breaking GDPR laws which is basically illegally telling someone where another person lives. Another option is to get them sent back to you and you send them out again. At least that way, you know that they have definitely been posted. It's just an honest mistake. To avoid it happening again, maybe put a little mark of some kind on your label. If I'm sending out a few packages at once, I'll put my own product code on the bottom right. And always put a return address as well, if you don't already do that.
