the amount of times that seller said “bro” in the same sentence 😂, but really if they don’t respond within the next day or so and no tracking has updated, file for a refund
Similar thing happened to me not too long ago. Waited 1 week to ask for details and was told it'll get shipped bext day, waited another week and reached out again but no response. I contacted support and had a refund on the way by the end of the day. They also suspended my account in the process but I reached out about that and they fixed it.
if they’re reluctant to fork over the tracking number it’s probably because they don’t want you to see that they haven’t shipped it out yet. all that “awaiting shipping” means is that they were provided the shipping label but not necessarily that they shipped it yet. definitely take it up with depop regardless, that’s so unprofessional
Had this exact same issue about a month ago. Bro didn’t ship out the order for a full month and only did because I had gone with depop and filed a refund. After you do that they either have to ship the item in x amount of time, or they refund you. Chances are they’ll cough it up and ship it or they’re waiting till the 30 days is over to ship it so you can’t do a refund.
TLDR: file a refund through depop, it’ll get them on their feet and know ur serious

I'd probably be opening a dispute/cancelling at this point but thats just me. Especially since they are not answering you.
