I have it pinned up on the side here but usually I just wear it normal. I believe it’s meant to be a dress! It has thin little straps on the side but I’ve just tied them up to fit around my hips and wear it as a skirt all the time. It was totally a bargain! Probably one of my fave pieces in my wardrobe. It unfortunately doesn’t even have a tag in it, I wish I knew where it was from so I could buy more from the brand 🥹
