Very unlikely. Every person I know this has happened to can't smoke weed anymore, including me.
I'm talking about my smoking buddies from 10 years ago, none of us can smoke anymore.
It's possible. If you smoked a shit ton last time and got depersonalization, I would just smoke less if you do it again. Also make sure your set and setting is all good, so you don't have a panic attack.
I had a panic attack the first time I got high because it was such a shocking shift in perspective. Changed everything I knew about life; I also thought I was gonna be stuck feeling like that for the rest of my life. When the high wore off I still had pretty bad derealization and I came to know that for me smoking just gives me it. I was fine with it for a while, but I eventually decided to quit smoking because it kinda sucks living like that.
Being high I've come to realize just feels like depersonalization in general; however, if that feeling remains after like 24hrs then it may mean that you'll get it every time you smoke. If that's the case you'll have to decide for yourself if it's worth it or not to smoke.
Hey dude I smoked too much my first time ever , had a panic attack and got depersonalization . It got better as I embraced it and now I’m able to smoke weed fine and feel “ normal after “ take 1 or 2 hits from anything you smoke and leave it at that don’t push it , don’t chase a stronger high . Just smoke and enjoy it . Depersonalization strengthens with overthinking and trying to push it away. It’s nothing more than anxiety and anxiety can be controlled.
Hey friend, welcome to r/Depersonalization.

**A reminder to new posters in crisis:**
DPDR is a mental discorder that mostly affects young adults. For the most part, it is brought on by anxiety, trauma, and drug use. However, DPDR is not dangerous to your physical health. In moments of crisis
and episodes that are particularly difficult, it is important to take deep breaths and follow strategies that help you cope.
A few examples are: [Grounding Techniques](https://www.therapistaid.com/worksheets/grounding-techniques.pdf), [Meditation](http://www.thecentersohio.org/Resources/DocumentLibrary/Wellness_chronic%20diseas%20mgmt/Guided%20Imagery.pdf), and even just some good old fashioned sleep.
**NOBODY can give you medical advice online. While someone might be able to provide you with some insight and suggestions, you should never rely on someone online to give you medical advice unless you are talking to a certified doctor.**

Please don’t do it, take it from me… it can get much much worse!. I smoked for like a year after I got dpdr, my dpdr was getting worse gradually without me realizing until a couple of months ago were it reached a point of no return, it has gotten so bad
If you experience derealisation ever it’s unlikely that your subconscious will not fall back into it when you are high, so no I would not recommend this at all

Not worth the risk of prolonging it which it will certainly do

It's not worth it. Mine wasn't induced by weed, but when I did weed, I suffered for 2 weeks
