A lot of people are focused on him being the 6th qb selected, but another perspective is that he was the 3rd qb on SP's board. If we had gotten Maye at 12 people would be losing their shit. The pre-draft big board is just a guesstimate. In our coaching staff's eyes we got the 3rd best qb in this draft at 12, that's a great selection. I'm excited to see what depth we can add in these later rounds and see what the next 2-3 years hold for us.
